SITUATION:
The object is located in a still residential environs with gardens
and parks, at the north of State- Zoo- Collection in Munich, 7 min.
from the S- Bahn- Obermenzing, 7 min. from the north- entrance
into the Nymphenburg park, as well as into the Botanical garden.
The immediately, father public gardens in the surroundings, like
Hartmannshofer park at the north and Blutenburg park at the west
of the object, offer to the inhabitants of the object the feeling of
natural security in the town.
The shopping possibilities are 7 min. to the new Basic- shop at
the Menzinger- street or 10 min. to the new Tengelmann- shop
